We ordered our sandwiches ahead on their website. When we pulled into Hood River it was just right off the exit and so easy to get to. The sandwiches were ready to go and we were back on the highway in less than 10 min! But then we ate our sandwiches on road... I don’t even know how to describe how wonderful the sandwiches were!! The house made sourdough English muffin, whaaat?! SO INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!! We were able to order the eggs to our liking, the other ingredients and toppings were wonderful! I have never left a Google review before, but HAD to after this! I hope this place thrives! I want to go here many more times!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ”

It falls in the middle of an Aussie Toaster Biscuit, rich but light and a classic English muffin. It really is a vessel on its own. Fluffy, perfect density, doesn’t hog for attention with all the thoughtful ingredients they spackle together for their sandwich lineup, and the muffin holds em’ all together in a mothers arms like care. ”
